'Second Spring' yoga for women

This is an holistic journey specifically designed to help women from peri to post menopause and beyond.

Tailored Support:

Come for a tailored session for one (£50) or in pairs for you and a friend (£35 each) in my studio in Wimborne.  Included in the price are video and paper take-away lesson plans and sign-posting to addittional support (nutrition etc.). I also run bespoke small group workshops on demand and open workshops and retreats.

One-to-one yoga

One-to-one yoga is a 100% about you.

Enjoy the flexibility to meet your schedule - we can practice here at my studio, in your home or online over Zoom.

 

Prices depend on the nature, number, and length of sessions but as a guide, £50 for 1 hour 15 minutes.

Take away personalised lesson plans to work with between sessions.
