Coaching is a catalyst for change
It allows you to fully process what is in your head, tapping into your unique strengths and talents, creating your way forward.

Career coaching
Whether through choice or force of circumstance, most of us will need to consider at least one significant change of direction during our working life.

Coaching is one of the most effective ways of working through the complexities of switching career paths. It brings structure and logic while also acknowledging the emotional burden that comes with making big decisions.

Second Spring executive coaching for women
In the UK 13.5 million women are experiencing menopause.
According to research from the Fawcett Society, 61% of women employed during the menopause said they'd lost motivation because of their symptoms. 52% had lost confidence and one in ten (about 330,000 women) had left their job.

It doesn't have to be this way. Second Spring is the traditonal chinese Medicine term to describe the menopause, and it is seen as a time of renewal and empowerment. Using 'whole person' coaching rich in eastern and western approaches, my clients are equipped with insights, tools and techniques to thrive professionally and personally as they transition into their personal Second Spring.

Business and leadership coaching
These are exceptionally challenging times to be a leader, manager or business owner.

If you already have a clear idea of what needs to change, or if you’re just too involved with the day-to-day to free up head space for the bigger picture, investing in powerful coaching conversations is time well spent.

Assisted by a range of assessment tools that use a strengths-based approach, I work with my clients to help them live, lead and run their businesses authentically, defining how and where they can make most impact.

Coaching for wellbeing
How we think, feel and act are intrinsically linked. Our wellbeing underpins everything and impacts everywhere in our life, and the lives of others.

Your own emotional state – how optimistic or confident you’re feeling, or whether you respond positively or negatively to what life throws at you – can seem like it’s driven by external events. But there’s plenty you can do to manage your internal thoughts and feelings.
I use proven coaching tools alongside yoga-based techniques to empower my clients, helping them deal with stress and feelings of imposter syndrome, and building confidence and resilience.
"Jacqui has a unique and skilled approach which is very subtle and therefore allows you to take the lead in your own exploration, but still with incredible support behind you.''
